New appeal: Utility Warehouse

The Presbyterian Church of Wales has recently joined a new fundraising scheme, and are hoping that our members and churches will participate as well.

The scheme is administered by the Utility Warehouse Discount Club, which is part of Telecom plus PLC, a major UK company listed on the London Stock Exchange.

What is Utility Warehouse?

bullet

A company which provides over 200,000 residential and business customers throughout the UK with everyday utilities such as phone, internet, mobile phone, electricity and gas.

bullet

A company which guarantees its services will always be competitively priced against other suppliers; and most customers who switch make substantial savings compared to their current suppliers.

bullet

A company which produces a convenient single monthly bill for all your utilities.

bullet

A company which came out top in a recent customer satisfaction survey by Which? magazine.

When you join the Utility Warehouse, they will donate up to 5% of your monthly bill to the Presbyterian Church of Wales.  This will generate a significant and reliable income, especially if many of us take part.  We would also be grateful for any suggestions as to how we can put the money raised to good use.

Joining the Utility Warehouse is straightforward.  You can call them, for free, on 0800 1313000 and they will talk you through the process.  Your must give our appeal number, B68077, to make sure your donations come to us. The transfer process is simple – it all takes place over the telephone.

Please consider joining the scheme, either as an individual or as a chapel, and let your church members know about this scheme.  It could make a tremendous difference to the Presbyterian Church of Wales.
