Church expresses support for
further devolution
The Presbyterian Church of
Wales has expressed its support for more powers for the
National Assembly for Wales.
In a submission to the
All Wales Convention, the Church notes that further
devolution is important in order to strengthen democracy in
Wales.
The Officers
of the Church and Society Department, who were responsible
for preparing the submission, will present oral evidence to
the Convention on 23 April in Wrexham.
