Coleg y Bala, the Presbyterian Church of Wales' youth and children's centre, was full on June 20, when around 80 children and adults got together for The Big Picnic. Most of them had never been here before!

We had a day full of fun and activities, as we followed the story of the biggest picnic in the Bible - Feeding the Five Thousand. We learnt that Jesus is the bread of life, as it says in John 6:48, and that He fills our lives better than any other picnic! Everyone had a day full of blessings as we learnt about Jesus' grandeur, played games, did crafts, got to know the college better in a treasure hunt - and of course, the barbecue at the end was a great success.

The day really answered the prayers of the college staff, and we're looking forwards to seeing what the rest of God's plans for the future are.
