Clod i Dduw! - new hymn booklet

Two ministers of the Presbyterian Church of Wales have worked together to produce a new bilingual hymn booklet called Clod i Dduw! (Praise the Lord!).

Reverend Colin Gordon-Farleigh, minister of St John's Church, Runcorn, has been writing verse since he was eight years old. He started to write hymns more seriously early in 2006, since when I have written about 250 worship songs, many of which have now been recorded by various singers and choral groups. He is now working with Reverend Eirlys Gruffydd, who was until her recent retirement minister of several churches in the Wrexham and Mold area, and she has been busy translating several of Revd Gordon-Farleigh's hymns into Welsh.

The result is the publication of Clod i Dduw!, a booklet of eleven new hymns in Welsh and English. In the spring, a Mold-based choral group will record the songs.

Clod i Dduw! is available from www.sheerjoymusic.com or by contacting Revd Gordon-Farleigh (01928 589 210 / colin@voicepublications.com). Single copies are free, although you are welcome to make a donation.

A wide range of Welsh and English hymns are available from from  www.sheerjoymusic.com, where you can download hymns by Revd Colin Gordon-Farleigh and others.
